SPORT
SPECIFIC CONDITIONING
Teen athletes between the ages of 13 and 15 will learn sport specific
conditioning exercises, such as weight training, plymometrics,
and cross-training, designed to increase strength, speed and power.
Exercise programs will be designed for each individual participant
emphasizing their particular sport. A great off-season program
in a safe and supervised environment. |
