Pilates is a holistic approach to physical fitness named after its inventor, Joseph H. Pilates. It is a collection of exercises which focuses on the fundamental principles of core stabilization, muscle flexibility, and complete coordination of body, mind, and spirit.
BIOANALOGICS – Body Composition
• Have your body composition assessed with this safe and painless test.
• Receive computerized results providing percentage of body fat, basal metabolic rate, a personalized aerobic workout, a weight program and eating plan.
• Candidates are requested to refrain from eating for 4 hours prior to testing and to abstain from heavy exercise for 6 hours prior to testing.
TOTAL ATHLETIC CONDITIONING
Aerobics and interval strength training with athletic stepping and resistance work. Step benches, hand weights, bands and barbells round out this class!
POWERBARZ
Motivating music and enthusiastic instructors. Pumping iron has never been so much fun!
STEP & SCULPT
Combine flexibility, cardiovascular activity, muscle strength and endurance training to provide a fifty-five minute total body workout.

Step ClassEasy to follow step aerobics and toning class – a complete workout to help you de-stress after a busy day.
HALF- N- HALF
Thirty minutes of uncomplicated cardiovascular routines and twenty-five minutes of safe and effective strength work – great for beginners.
ENERGIZE
Get into shape from head to toe with this total body workout. Start with a warm up then ease into a simply choreographed aerobic workout with plenty of floor exercise for hard to hit areas (stomach, hips, thighs and butt). Come have fun, get in shape and see results.
AB SOLUTION
A quick, but intense answer to strengthening weak abdominal and lower back muscles.
ADULT BEGINNER &
ADVANCED KARATE

Isshinryu Karate, an Okinawan style of marital arts, is highly steeped in tradition and noted for strong fighting techniques as well as use of weapons kaias. All classes meet at Youth Center.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Come train with one of our certified personal trainers. They will design a routine, provide one-on-one training and motivate you to get the most out of your workout.

BEGINNER STRENGTH TRAINING
Excellent for beginners, especially seniors, to experience the benefits of training with weights. Individuals will workout twice a week under the supervision of a certified Personal Trainer. Registrants are required to complete a medical release form and may be asked to seek physician approval before beginning. A minimum of two participants and a maximum of four are required per session.
FREE WEIGHTS FOR WOMEN
Women shouldn't be afraid to work out with free weights.  If they learn the correct way to do it, the results can be dramatic and they will love it!  You can work out in the free weight room along with other women who also want to boost their metabolism, lose excess body fat, fight osteoporosis, and get lean and healthy.  Come join our class and work out twice a week under the supervision and guidance of one of our Personal Trainers.
