• Receive computerized results providing percentage of body fat, basal
metabolic rate, a personalized aerobic workout, a weight program and eating plan.
• Candidates are requested to refrain from eating for 4 hours prior to
testing and to abstain from heavy exercise for 6 hours prior to testing. |

Isshinryu Karate, an Okinawan style of marital arts, is highly
steeped in tradition and noted for strong fighting techniques as
well as use of weapons kaias. All classes meet at Youth Center. |

design a routine, provide one-on-one training and motivate you
to get the most out of your workout.

BEGINNER
STRENGTH TRAINING
Excellent for beginners, especially seniors, to experience the
benefits of training with weights. Individuals will workout twice
a week under the supervision of a certified Personal Trainer. Registrants
are required to complete a medical release form and may be asked
to seek physician approval before beginning. A minimum of two participants
and a maximum of four are required per session. |
FREE
WEIGHTS FOR WOMEN
Women shouldn't be afraid to work out with free weights. If
they learn the correct way to do it, the results can be dramatic and
they will love it! You can work out in the free weight room
along with other women who also want to boost their metabolism, lose
excess body fat, fight osteoporosis, and get lean and healthy.
Come join our class and work out twice a week under the supervision
and guidance of one of our Personal Trainers.
