HAZY
MASTERS SWIM TEAM (19-99!!!)
“Refers
to age, not expertise!” ALL swimmers welcome; you need
not compete to join. Instruction and practices are offered at
beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
Members are encouraged to practice 3 additional times a week
on their own, during morning or evening lap swim times. Workouts
will be posted in the pool area on the swim team bulletin board
for these unsupervised workouts.

HYDRO-FIT
AEROBICS
Aqua aerobics water exercise designed to promote cardiovascular
fitness. Class includes warm up, aerobics, stretching, toning and
cool down – all done to popular music. |
ADULT
SWIM INSTRUCTION
For
the adult swimmer who wants to learn how to swim or improve their
swimming skills. |

TWINGES
FOR THE HINGES
A water class designed to exercise the joints while toning the
muscles of the entire body. Class routine includes walking, resistance
work, coordination drills and wall exercises. Swimming ability
is not necessary and classes are co-ed. |
ARTHRITIS
Designed for anyone having arthritis or interested in easing back
into an exercise program. As water supports 90% of total body
weight, there is reduced stress on muscles and joints. Class
includes exercises from the shoulders to the toes. Swimming ability
is not necessary and classes are co-ed.
